We had a decent stay at this hotel, especially since we booked it for our anniversary. The staff was polite and prompt, and they even helped us with bike rentals at a better price than the local shops. However, the breakfast was quite basic and the dining area lacked a warm atmosphere. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for value in Panaji, but don't expect anything extravagant.
